An Italian-style romanescu and pasta meal, cooked with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and topped with slivers of parmesan cheese. The romanescu cauliflower (or cabbage or broccoli - the names vary) fllorets are parboiled then fried before being tossed with the pasta.
